Laurence Gendelman once advised me that my case was simple and that I could handle it on my own. He didn't want to take my money for something I could do myself. I appreciated his honesty and decided to proceed without representation. I was able to represent myself effectively in court (pro se) for several years. After the opposing side hired an attorney, I realized that I was at a disadvantage without one. I chose Laurence for this job, as he was the obvious choice. I sought his advice, and he has been nothing but ethical and supportive throughout the entire process. I am extremely satisfied with the representation he has provided me. I have to disagree with the other review of Courtney Edwards. I have known and worked with Courtney for years. In all my experiences with her she has never been anything but professional, kind, and intelligent. She's always the most prepared and well-researched person in the room and is therefore generally one step ahead of the rest. Courtney is a wonderful advocate for her clients and will fight as hard as she can for their causes. Anyone in need of legal services would be in excellent hands if they were to hire Courtney Edwards as their attorney.

I reached out to Gendelman Klimas to draft our wills and estate plans just before our baby boy was born. They worked very quickly to make sure all of the documents were finalized before he was born. Their pricing is very fair - I compared their rates to several other attorneys who I found on Google. Their package included everything we needed and nothing we didn't (some other firms seemed to charge thousands of dollars more for things like "legacy videos" for your family to watch if you pass, which seemed totally unnecessary to me). Nick and Laura's communication was great throughout the entire process. They keep things easy to understand and answered all of our questions along the way. I would definitely recommend Gendelman Klimas to anyone who is looking for an attorney to draft their wills in a thorough, efficient, and professional manner!
