About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn was raised in Brevard County, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with an Outside Concentration in Zoology from the University of Florida, and she later graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Kaitlyn worked on insurance defense, medical malpractice, and education law cases at various law firms in Gainesville, Florida.

Upon moving to Colorado, Kaitlyn discovered a passion for estate planning and asset protection. At Gendelman Klimas, Kaitlyn focuses on estate administration, probate litigation, and estate planning. She is also experienced in business law matters and provides adept counsel to individuals interested in creating or dissolving a business. Whether she is providing legal counsel to a client interested in creating a marital agreement, developing an estate plan that facilitates the transfer of assets across generations, or negotiating a settlement agreement, Kaitlyn goes above and beyond to provide her clients with superior representation.
