Another win for the LGBTQ community!  The upcoming 2020 census will now ask about same sex marriage- for the first time.  The 2020 census form will include separate categories for “opposite-sex” and “same-sex” spouses and unmarried partners. This is great news for the LGBTQ community and another step towards unity, and national recognition of the number of same-sex citizens.
