About Chad

Chad is a Colorado transplant born and raised in northeast Ohio. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from the University of Mount Union where he ran on the University’s cross-country and track teams. Prior to his legal career, he worked in Financial Advising, Banking, and served as a pararescue candidate and crew-chief in the United States Air Force, primarily stationed in Okinawa, Japan.

He later earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. While in law school, Chad was a member of the First-Generation Law Student Organization, worked with a 7/11 student’s law license on DePaul’s Civil Litigation Clinic representing clients in wrongful eviction matters, and working for the state of Illinois Financial and Professional Regulation’s Business Prosecution team, predominantly on Accounting and Security Professional disciplinary cases. He also worked in personal injury, intellectual property law, and earned a business law certificate from DePaul Law.

At Gendelman Klimas, his practice includes predominately estate planning, business law matters, and probate administration and litigation. He aims to provide clients with professional and zealous service and works hard to ensure his clients understand all of their options at every step.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys visiting National Parks with his girlfriend, exploring Colorado’s great outdoors by foot, ski, or bicycle, playing Catan with his friends, and woodworking projects.
