Meet Our Team
Laurence I. Gendelman, Esq. Partner
Laurence was trained in a large family law firm, where he gained experience working with high-asset and high-conflict divorces and child custody issues. He also had the opportunity to advocate for and advise clients regarding the division of complex financial assets including executive compensation packages and benefits.

Hannah Leisman, Esq., M.A.
Hannah is the Senior Associate at Gendelman Klimas, Ltd. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where she was the first student in the university’s history to pursue and complete a JD/MA in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies. Hannah’s background in civil rights litigation, gender-based employment discrimination, and assault advocacy, has informed her approach to her family law practice, which is focused on empowering and advocating for those going through a difficult time.

Ron Carlson, Esq. Of Counsel
Mr. Carlson focuses his practice on business and real estate including related specialties of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, limited liability family partnerships, real estate development, mechanics liens, and construction-defect litigation. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in trust busting and high asset divorce cases.
Kyle Melchior, LLP, A.A.S.P
Kyle is the Lead Paralegal at Gendelman Klimas. He holds an Associate of Applied Science as well as a Certificate for Paralegal Studies from the Arapahoe Community College’s Paralegal Institution. Prior to working with Gendelman Klimas, he worked and gained experience primarily in family law, criminal law, and probate litigation.

Sarah Walker, M.A., C.P.
Sarah is a Paralegal at Gendelman Klimas. She holds a Master’s in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and is finishing her Certificate for Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Aurora. Her prior work experience has been in sales at a ground transportation firm.

Nick Klimas, Esq. Partner
Nick manages the probate and estate planning side of Gendelan Klimas Edwards, Ltd. He specializes in complex and multi generational trust/estate planning and enjoys working with business owners and real estate investors. From handling contested or disputed trust or probate litigation cases to assisting clients as they navigate the Colorado Probate Code or trust administration, Nick and his team are prepare to handle any issue presented them.

M. Kaitlyn Davis, Esq.
Kaitlyn is a an senior associate attorney with experience in probate, estate planning and business organizations. A native of Florida she considers herself now a Colorado resident, planting deep roots in the legal community of Denver and beyond.

Chad Bosel, Esq.
Chad is a Colorado transplant born and raised in northeast Ohio. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in financial planning from the University of Mount Union where he ran on the University’s cross-country and track teams. Prior to his legal career, he worked in Financial Advising, Banking, and served as a pararescue candidate and crew-chief in the United States Air Force, primarily stationed in Okinawa, Japan.

Nuvia Trejo
Her work experience includes family law and civil litigation. Nuvia is passionate about giving a voice to those in underrepresented communities and hopes to attend law school in the near future.

William Erwin, Esq
Will is originally from central Kentucky and attended Miami University in southwest Ohio where he graduated with a computer science degree. Will attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law before moving to Colorado, where he’s lived since 2023. Will has worked with younger kids since high school, and most recently spent years coaching soccer and futsal for kids ranging from 8 to 18

Courtney Edwards Esq., Partner
Courtney is a strong advocate for those finding themselves in the justice system and will provide guidance along the way. After concluding her work within the public sphere, Courtney entered private practice handling a number of legal matters our rural community experiences, including family law, child custody and criminal defense cases.
Sarah Mitchell, Esq.
Sarah is a family law attorney and child and family investigator at Gendelman Klimas Edwards, Ltd. She has diverse experiences in divorce and custody cases and uses her litigation experience in her practice as a CFI.

Paige Palladino, Esq.
Paige is a an associate attorney with experience in family law and divorce proceedings. She practices out of our Frisco office and takes cases in Summit county and the surrounding areas.

Christine Boetcher
Christine (Chris), assists the firm in ensuring every potential clients needs are addressed at a consultation if one is set and coordinates the engagement agreements for hundreds of clients per year.

Tara Johnson, LLP
Tara Johnson is our most experienced paralegal at Gendelman Klimas Edwards, Ltd. She has assisted many attorneys in the Frisco and Summit County areas as well as in the state of California. She assists the Frisco office attorneys in the criminal defense, domestic relations and trust and estate matters.
