Meet Our Team
Laurence I. Gendelman, Esq. Partner
Laurence was trained in a large family law firm, where he gained experience working with high-asset and high-conflict divorces and child custody issues. He also had the opportunity to advocate for and advise clients regarding the division of complex financial assets including executive compensation packages and benefits.

Hannah Leisman, Esq.
Hannah is the Senior Associate at Gendelman Klimas, Ltd. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where she was the first student in the university’s history to pursue and complete a JD/MA in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies. Hannah’s background in civil rights litigation, gender-based employment discrimination, and assault advocacy, has informed her approach to her family law practice, which is focused on empowering and advocating for those going through a difficult time.

Kyle Melchior
Kyle is the Lead Paralegal at Gendelman Klimas. He holds an Associate of Applied Science as well as a Certificate for Paralegal Studies from the Arapahoe Community College’s Paralegal Institution. Prior to working with Gendelman Klimas, he worked and gained experience primarily in family law, criminal law, and probate litigation.

Sarah Walker
Sarah is a Paralegal at Gendelman Klimas. She holds a Master’s in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and is finishing her Certificate for Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Aurora. Her prior work experience has been in sales at a ground transportation firm.

Nick Klimas, Esq. Partner
Retaining Nick is not a transaction, but truly a customized service as he aims to assist his clients in every facet of their lives, not just their immediate legal needs. Whether it is advising a family through the Denver probate process or formalizing a Revocable Trust for avoiding of probate, Nick exceeds what is expected of him to deliver top class service to his clients and their families in their time of need.

Kaitlyn is a an associate attorney with experience in probate, estate planning and business organizations. A native of Florida she

Bianca Nuanes
Bianca is a client intake specialist and legal assistant at Gendelman Klimas. She assists Kaitlyn Davis, Esq. in her cases and she is the first point of contact for all clients when they call the firm.

Laura Roth
Laura is a CFI Legal Assistant and Office Administrator at Gendelman Klimas. She holds a Masters of Education from National-Louis University. Prior to working in the legal field, Laura worked in both child and adult education focusing on developing specialized programs like social-emotional sensitive curriculum and trauma-informed classroom models.
